No-Refund Policy & Purchase Terms

If the Event is postponed, rescheduled, or extended due to venue availability, permitting, weather conditions, inspections, or safety requirements, all tickets will remain valid for the new date(s). Postponed or rescheduled events are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

Dino Funland is not responsible for a ticket holder's inability to attend the Event. Personal circumstances, including but not limited to travel conflicts, scheduling changes, illness, weather conditions, or other obligations, do not qualify for refunds.

For safety reasons, attractions may be delayed, temporarily closed, or closed early without prior notice.

In the event of a full Event cancellation (not postponement), ticket holders will receive a credit valid for any future Dino Funland event within twelve (12) months. Credits are non-refundable and have no cash value.

All tickets are fully transferable to another individual at no additional cost. The original purchaser remains responsible for ensuring the recipient complies with all Event terms and conditions.

By completing this purchase, I agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute except in cases of unauthorized or fraudulent use of my payment method.

Initiating a chargeback for a valid, delivered ticket, or for a postponed (not cancelled) Event, may be considered misuse of the chargeback process. Dino Funland reserves the right to void tickets, revoke any issued credits, and deny current or future access to events in such cases. The Company may also provide this agreement and proof of ticket delivery to the payment processor to dispute any chargeback claims.

I acknowledge that participation in inflatable attractions involves inherent risks including but not limited to physical injury, collision with other participants, equipment failure, and falls. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree to release and hold harmless Dino Funland, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims arising from participation.

I understand that my ticket purchase and participation are subject to a separate Waiver of Liability, Release, and Assumption of Risk Agreement. By purchasing a ticket, I agree to be bound by the terms of that waiver, which is available for review prior to ticket purchase (View Legal Waiver & Liability Release).

This agreement and all transactions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from ticket purchases or attendance at events shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Calgary, Alberta, under the Arbitration Act of Alberta.
